Precision Apex Solutions Limited is the data controller for personal details collected through this website and the provider of the freeze dryer hire service described here. What we collect
When you join the waitlist or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it), county, the model, start month and hire length you're interested in, what you'd like to freeze-dry, the extras you're interested in, how you heard about us and any message you send. When you ask a question on the FAQ page, we collect your name, email and the question you send.
Why we use it
We use it to contact you about freeze dryer hire, to tell you when hire opens and to understand demand so we can plan our service. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, which acts as our data processor. [Confirm any other processors, such as an email provider or spreadsheet tool, and international transfer safeguards.] We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
