What is freeze-drying?

Food is frozen, then the water is removed under vacuum. What’s left keeps its taste, colour and nutrients — light, dry and ready to store or rehydrate.

We deliver and set it up

Join the waitlist, and once we're up and running, we'll deliver and set up your freeze dryer. We bring the machine and vacuum pump from our Dublin base and show you how to run your first batch.

Keep it as long as you need

Use it for as long as you need. Collection is arranged whenever suits you.

Four models to hire

Small, Medium, Large and XL are all available for hire. All run on standard 230V power and come ready for Irish sockets.
